all thriller, no killer!
what a fantastic huge energetic californian hurricane-brewage in the vein of my bloody valentine or earlier sonic youth illuminating everyone despite their continental wingspread. caught in the fire of these la-based silversuns(torms). definitely a thriller, no killer!
if someone don`t have enough condition for a long dive into a picture flood (e.g. i suppose soulbrother hiasson ;-), first one summates a short-cut swimming in 4:40 minutes. for all the rest: a long distance run for what it`s worth, `cause the devil is in the details...

woody allen`s actual pop spirit?

in the movie of our lives, would woody allen write the screenplay?
not his best era, but certainly not his worst either
but i wouldn't like to be like diane keaton in manhattan
so cerebral was she, runs away from any romance
but though you're neurotic, and a little paranoid
it doesn't make me annie, it doesn't make you alvy
woody allen couldn't play you
woody allen couldn't play you
i know you want him to
but he couldn't play you

opening question: what ingredients might described any creative period belle & sebastian has been known for during their artisitic career formerly? to find a common denominator: their most likely gorgeous figured innocence.
in place today`s shuffle-jukebox gambles once more some tastful indie-yearning-pop: catchy, light-hearted and lively, jolly! downright complaisant anabashed, with much casual charm and overwhelming pleasance the londoners allo darlin´ serve a cute twee-pop mélange with 60ies reminiscences, as it comes directly from scandinavia, nestling between sweet, soft female vocals, a shout out loudesque base rhythm section and lyrics about casting woody allen films for example... along here!
