advent advent #03 a borrowed dream in colour

bandscheibenrecords is back in advent season again, according to a long standing tradition...

our list starts with none other than beloved i dream in colour, a highly talented essex-gang of four. this time a personal piece of jewelry from their unbelievable piano back catalogue, an encore song which their lead singer richard judge performed in such an intensive way during their last european tour in different cities. full off a contemplative, calm, irenic and sublime atmosphere, anyway a little bit of stirring. this seems perfectely for such a december opening. let`s have the blues again these days, where we all may have some kind of special borrowed dreams...

back in time again...

in really overwhelming anticipation of celebrating their new record `observator` beloved raveonettes are back to our minds again and again. not only but for this reason alone night-time hearts have been warmed by an exquisite stripped-down version of `curse the night`. further a good reason not to miss them anywhere you could belong to their forthcoming europe tour dates. brilliant performance pictures (during home game at vega store, copenhagen in october 2012) above speak for themselves and let us rave about their sublime energy. lust lust lust!

once i`ve written here about your more than worthwile music, as well as the fact that you are a one-of-a-kind personality. then i`ve heard from your worship for actually one of the greatest tennis players of the world, although someday we know from your artistic solidarity with an in former times charismatic football legend eric cantona, but your sublime ball high-skills on your own you´ve hidden away from us thitherto. thanks for enlightening us contemporary again ;-)
