Great moments from Great Britain!

Sonicflyer started out in the remote town of Barnaul in Southern Siberia, where brother / sister combo Yulia (vocals / lead guitar) and Dima (drums) spent the last few years writing, touring, and building up a strong local following. Frustrated by the absence of a music scene in Russia the pair moved to the UK and recruited Chris (rhythm guitar / keyboards) and Rye (bass / backing vocals) to complete a new London-based line up for the band. They released their first EP "Sun in my pocket" in 2008. The tones contains nice sunshiney, partial elegiac guitar dominated indierock together with magical warm voices. Their notes are pervaded with a moderate brise of melancholic elements. Fill your house with sand and wear some fitting beachwear while you listen. Please have a look at their MySpace page.
