katie after their short performance (at that time they were co-support). i asked her for a setlist - i was intense impressed by one or two songs from their set i didn´t know then - they didn`t have any, even more they didn`t have any acquirable sound carrier. ever since for considerable time i have been listening to a certain song. i `ll never lose sight of this special and magnificent one. queens of the stone age wrote a track named "I WAS A TEENAGE HAND MODEL". sky larkin did a remake with matchless bravery. a crystal clear instrumentation und a phenomenal & graceful voice let my heart beat on a higher level. a state of abeyance. what a coup!

incognizable how her voice runs and harmonizes with the accompanying instruments. within this track it sounds more forceful and kind of directly to the audience. i didn`t expect that much from her. here it rings highly true!
